In short: we only collect what we need to handle your booking request and to register you with Thai immigration (TM30). Passport details are deleted as soon as the TM30 report is done, or right away if a request is declined. We never sell or share your data for advertising.

To answer and confirm your booking request and to contact you about your stay.
TM30 registration: Thai law requires the host to report every foreign guest to immigration within 24 hours of arrival. For this we need each guest's name, passport number, nationality, date of birth and gender.
Airport pickup (only if you ask for it): flight number and arrival time, so the driver can meet you.
How long we keep it
Passport number, nationality, date of birth and gender: deleted once the TM30 report has been filed, or immediately when a request is declined.
Other booking details (names, contact details, dates, price): kept as long as needed for the stay and for the host's records, then deleted on request.
Where it is stored
The website and booking data run on Cloudflare (servers in several countries, encrypted connection). Only Yui can see your request in a private dashboard.
Cookies and third parties
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers your chosen language on your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and animation code from cdnjs (Cloudflare), which receive your IP address when the page loads. Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp open those services under their own privacy rules.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we have about you, ask us to correct it or delete it. Just send a WhatsApp message to +66 89 710 0118.
